The brief for this project was for a multi-purpose building that would function both as a church and a hall which could also be used for functions and performances. The building also accommodates a Sunday School room, toilets, kitchen facilities and a large multi-purpose room on the upper level.

To assist with funding, the church sold their adjoining church to a local housing association. Lewis & Hickey were also commissioned to design ten two-bedroom flats, including amenity housing and one special needs flat, for this site.
