Working with Pier Luigi Copat Architecte based in Paris, iGuzzini approached Lewis & Hickey to be the UK representative and develop the design drawings to UK regulations for their new distribution warehouse and offices and to act as project architect for the delivery of the design. The Warehouse for the specialist Italian lighting company is 9 metres at the eaves and approximately 3174 sq m. with offices on three floors covering approximately 2117 sq m. The design is clad in grey metal panels at the warehouse area and half metal panels and half curtain wall glazing for the office accommodation.

The remaining grounds of the 2.998 acre site will be landscaped to blend in with the surrounding plant life with an existing reclamation pond behind the office building being upgraded to form a botanical water feature with timber decking running from the office block to the pond.
