L&H Praha was asked to carry out an architectural study for a new shopping centre by developers who were not satisfied with an original design but did not want to go through the planning permit negotiation again.

L&H Praha were then commissioned to completely change the internal layout arrangement to suit a modern shopping centre. Overall shape, external height and accesses had to remain as previously intended but new facades and interiors and a 3-storey atrium feature designed by L&H Praha, have radically improved the original design.

The total merchandising area is over 14 000 sq.m and the basement has more than 200 parking spaces. The Building Permit has been issued and the project has started on site.

A multi use redevelopment of the former CECHOFRACHT building, a 7 storey building in the UNESCO listed heart of Prague.

The scheme included new retail space to the ground floor with multi occupancy office space above. It also involved complex negotiations to allow modern insertion within heritage protected interior space. Phase 1 Mango Retail unit completed on schedule and on budget.
