L&H have been appointed to design and construct 49 luxury apartments within this listed Victorian former eye hospital. The project, which is currently on site, involves the retention of the listed stone and brick façade as the centre piece of a predominantly new build construction.

The penthouses have fully glazed facades and large roof terraces behind the retained parapets.
