Opal Property Group have begun work on a new-build £55m mixed-use development in Nottingham. The proposals include 9 contemporary multi-storey buildings, which will accommodate; student living apartments, to provide over 1000 bedrooms, Employment and Retail units on the site.

The development also incorporates numerous environmental / sustainability innovations (M006, M004), including Bio-mass hot water generation and Bio-remediation of the existing heavily contaminated soil on the site. L&H Nottingham is working with closely with Opal and Ocon Construction on a fast-track delivery programme. Work on site has recently started and completion is expected in 2009.
