As our Guildford office achieve completion and opening of the new Whitstable store this week, Marks & Spencer are celebrating success in the first ‘Convenience Store Satisfaction Survey’ undertaken by Which? Magazine. The Simply Food store format gained the highest score in their survey into the convenience format.
Richard Headland Which? Magazine editor noted “While value for money remains a top priority, in-store appearance and the availability of quality and fresh products can also go a long way to satisfying shoppers’ needs.”
