Office Facilities

As part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group Development Strategy, a program of improvement and expansion has been instigated within the banks network of Corporate Business Centres (CBC's). CBC's are present within the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in five distinctive forms: RBS, NatWest, Coutts, Lombard and Ulster Bank.

The aims of this improvement and expansion strategy are threefold:

1. To provide state of the art meeting and conference facilities to accommodate better service to existing Commercial Client accounts.

2. To develop a nationwide presence in all major population centres in order to service existing, and cultivate, new Commercial Clients.

3. To increase brand recognition of RBS Group subsidiaries while sensitively strengthening the RBS Group Brand.

Lewis & Hickey Ltd were appointed to structure and implement the refurbishment of existing CBC Sites (for all brands), and develop suitable bank property acquisitions.

An interior design scheme and associated design manual were developed in support of this continuous national role out program. The program focuses on developing between 12 and 18 sites for Royal Bank of Scotland Group annually (23 sites executed to date).
