Lewis & Hickey’s involvement with the NatWest commenced with the nationwide re-branding programme following the acquisition by RBSG. The programme required us to provide photomontage signage presentation proposals to support planning applications on over 1700 NatWest properties.
Thereafter a rolling programme of refurbishment of the estate was carried out at circa £100m spend per annum with L&H delivering all of the feasibility proposals working closely with the internal property and retail teams. Thereafter we were one of 3 practices delivering across the UK.
We continue to work on a range of initiatives including new pilot studies and component development as well as new acquisitions and automation programmes. An integral part of the service is to challenge costs through improved service initiatives but also in value engineering design development.
