Boots the Chemists is one of the best-known retail names in the UK, providing health & beauty products and advice that enhances personal well-being. Following the closure of the in-store Opticians at Buchanan Galleries, it was required to convert the vacated space to sales area.

L&H Solutions, coordinating both internal resources and external suppliers, ensured that the sales area was converted and available for use during the Christmas trading period. Following on from this conversion, the Consultation rooms were stripped out in early 2005, and the in-store digital photolab was relocated and given new sales treatment. The newly enlarged sales area was re-merchandised and new style internal and external signage was installed throughout the store.

Lewis & Hickey Nottingham provided the architectural drawings packages and L&H Solutions provided the project management expertise to deliver the scheme on cost and to programme.
