Lewis & Hickey have been involved with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group for 25 years and have worked on a variety of project types through this period. Our main involvement has been on the Branch network, and following the acquisition of NatWest, this has extended into a variety of workstreams involving circa 25 staff across the group.

Over 289 projects have been completed in the last 3 years with 120 completed in the past 12 months. Projects have ranged in value from £20,000 to £2,500,000 and have been located throughout the UK from Portsmouth to Lerwick. All Branch projects have been carried out to facilitate normal trading throughout.

Although focused on the branch refurbishment, our remit has extended to the corporate sector with a range of specialist services including the management of the Royal Bank Design Manual.
