This is a grade B Listed tenement located to the north of the city. The building is a typical example of a tenement building comprising 4 tenement blocks over 6 storeys. The flats were converted by Edinvar Housing Association in the 1980's to provide a mixture of flats for social needs but mainly students who occupy this part of the city.

The current proposals involve a total refurbishment providing modern city living apartments for sale and rent, and the development will create a total of 60 units with a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

All apartments will be completely rewired and re-plumbed including new kitchen and appliances.

All internal finishes will be replaced including doors, ironmongery and floors. A special feature at the attic level will be the open plan loft apartments. Within the development Edinvar have agreed to retain a small number of units for rent.
