Clifton is a community unit that provides sub-acute and fast-stream in-patient and day hospital care for older people, rehabilitation and respite care for the disabled and an active out-patient service. The hospital has an underlying emphasis on rehabilitation with the untimate aim of maximising the social, physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being of its patitents.

LOC provided full design management services under a 3 year framework agreement which was extended by another year. LOC, under the framework, provided the following disciplines: Lead Consultants, Architectural, Planning Supervisor, M&E Services, Structural Engineering and Quantity Surveying.

Within the framework over the last 3 years we have delivered schemes ranging in value from £50K to £3.2 million.
