“Sense and Sustainability”

Despite the countless complex issues that surround the environment and despite the lack of many absolutes on the subject, we at L&H believe the approach to the question is straightforward and can be summed up in the statement “sense and sustainability”.

Unlike Jane Austin’s 1811 Novel Sense and Sensibility concerning two completely different sisters one ruled by the head (sense) and the other by the heart (sensibility), we believe the environment and sustainability thereof is common sense and the two are therefore one. We believe that sense and sustainability go hand in hand and have adopted this as our over-arching statement of policy.

Sustainability makes good sense practically, morally, financially and legally. We can live our lives, run our business and give professional advice sustainably.
