Newark is the most recent of the completed Health & Fitness Clubs that Lewis & Hickey have provided for LA Fitness.

The centre enjoys a high profile location in Newark next to Northgate Station on the London Mainline, and this is reflected in the use of external ‘mega graphic’ advertising that has been integrated in the building design. The club is housed within a former carpet warehouse and offers full Cardio Theatre and Swimming facilities with individual training areas and spinning rooms.

The budget was set to reflect the typical membership values around the area and the project was value engineered to ensure that it was in a position to trade on advantageous terms when it opened in mid 2003.
