RICS 2013 DESIGN AND INNOVATION COMMENDATION
The University of Nottingham’s Si Yuan Centre received a Commendation from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in the ‘Design and Innovation' Category at their East Midlands awards ceremony held at the East Midlands Conference Centre yesterday evening. L&H were appointed by the university in Jan 2012 to deliver the project following selection as part of a limited design competition.

The Marks and Spencer Simply Food Store in Ecclesall Road in Sheffield, designed by Lewis and Hickey has been awarded the Best Commercial Building in the South Yorkshire and Humber Building Excellence Awards.
